Joe McKenna, Partner
A native of Derry, Joe’s career started in retail banking with Northern Bank Ltd. Following studies in Ireland and the US, he held Executive Director positions with the Safe Start Foundation in London and with Berkshire Community Foundation before returning to Ireland as Executive Director of Galway University Foundation. Joe was responsible for the establishment of the NUI Galway Development Office and directed its People & Place campus development programme.
Since 2005, Joe has been working as a consultant to various projects requiring strategic planning, business development, asset management and fundraising services.
Joe holds postgraduate qualifications from Providence College, Rhode Island, and the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA.

Tim McSweeney, Partner
Tim has a wide variety of corporate experience and has worked in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia in organisations ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals.
Tim spent 10 years with Boston Scientific Corporation as a senior finance executive. He has since started a number of companies, including eVent Medical Limited, which he sold in 2006. He sits on the board of a number of companies, including Croi, West of Ireland Cardiac and Stroke Foundation, aimware Limited, and TMJE Financial Services Ltd.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Higher Diploma in Education from U.C.C., and an M.B.A. from Boston College (USA).
